A date or rule looks wrong
Name the page, the sentence and, if possible, the BOE article or AEAT document. We check against the source and correct within a few days.
The viewer or reader shows a file incorrectly
Describe which field is wrong and the Facturae version. Please do not send a real invoice with names, tax IDs or bank details: replace them with made-up values first; the file structure is enough for us to find the fault.
Embedding a tool

What we do not do
