About Verifactu Hoy

Radif Partners is an independent publisher. For Verifactu Hoy it reads Royal Decree 1007/2023, Royal Decree-law 15/2025, Order HAC/1177/2024, article 201 bis of the General Tax Act, Law 18/2022, Royal Decree 238/2026, Order HAC/1028/2026 and the Facturae 3.2.2 schema, and turns them into tools that run entirely in your browser. It is not a public authority or a tax adviser and gives no tax advice.

Why this site exists

Verifactu dates have moved three times, and Spanish B2B e-invoicing spent years as a law without its regulation. Many articles still carry dates that no longer apply, and most explanations come bundled with software for sale. This site aims for the opposite: know in a minute whether it applies to you and when, with the BOE article next to the answer, and read a QR code, compute a hash or create a Facturae file without any data leaving your device.

Who publishes it

The publisher is Radif Partners, a company that builds tools from public rules and data. Radif Partners is not a public authority, a tax adviser or a law firm. The site is not affiliated with the Spanish Tax Agency, the Ministry of Finance, the provincial treasuries or any software vendor, and uses none of their logos. It sells no software and has no affiliate links.

Where the rules come from

Verifactu’s scope and timeline come from Royal Decree 1007/2023 as worded by Royal Decree-law 15/2025; the technical details from Order HAC/1177/2024 and the AEAT specifications. B2B e-invoicing comes from Law 18/2022, Royal Decree 238/2026 and Order HAC/1028/2026; penalties from the General Tax Act. How we calculate is on the method page; how we correct, in the editorial policy.

Your data

The tools work only in your browser: no account, no form that sends us your invoices, no file storage. Details are in the privacy policy.

What the site does not do

It does not issue invoices for you, send records to the AEAT, sign documents or act as a certified invoicing system, and it gives no tax advice. Results rest on the published rules; your own case is for your adviser and the tax authority to judge.
